Easy Medication Refill Service – Terms and Conditions


  1. This document is an agreement between you as a user of Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) Pharmacy Easy Medication Refill Service and SJMC Pharmacy.


  1. By using our service, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms and Conditions of this service agreement.
  2. You will submit the original prescription and provide any required document(s), information needed and consent to disclosing personal data to SJMC and third-party service providers for the purpose of fulfilling the medication refill service.
  3. Personal data means information such as name, contact number, delivery address, NRIC, personal references, etc. that is required for the provision of this service.


  1. SJMC Pharmacy reserves the right to reject request for medication refill if it does not satisfy the terms and conditions stipulated under this agreement.
  2. Acceptance of the request is subject to users satisfying the following criteria:
    • A valid prescription issued from SJMC
    • A valid address for delivery
    • Only medications deemed suitable for delivery are accepted (for e.g. certain controlled medications under the Dangerous Drug Act, and medications requiring refrigeration will not be delivered via courier service)
  3. Any decision to approve or reject the request by SJMC Pharmacy is final and SJMC Pharmacy will not entertain any form of appeal for the rejected request.

Processing delivery request

  1. SJMC Pharmacy requires 1 – 2 working days to process your request.
  2. SJMC Pharmacy will not process any request on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery and Payment

  1. There are 3 delivery options that are available:
    • Self-pickup from SJMC
    • Delivery by SJMC personnel for locations within 20km distance from SJMC
    • Delivery by third-party delivery service provider for locations outside 20km distance from SJMC
  2. Medications shall be delivered by SJMC personnel for locations within 20km distance from SJMC at a mutually agreed date and time.
  3. It takes 3 – 5 working days for delivery to locations within Peninsular Malaysia and at least 7 working days for East Malaysia.
  4. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  5. SJMC Pharmacy will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of medication(s) which is due to any of the following situations:
    • Where the delay is due to incomplete submission of required documents and / or information for processing of request
    • Where the delay is due to late payment or insurance matters (e.g. guarantee letter top up, delays in finance clearance, etc.)
    • Where the delay is due to the inability or refusal of those present at the address at the time of delivery, to receive the medications ordered via delivery or causes beyond the control of SJMC Pharmacy or the courier service provider
  6. Any issues pertaining to the medications received is to be communicated to SJMC Pharmacy within the next working day of receipt of medication parcel.
  7. Delivery fee is waived for delivery to locations within 20km distance from SJMC and medication cost of minimum RM150.
  8. A delivery fee is applicable for delivery via third-party delivery service provider.
  9. All payments for medications and medication delivery fees (if applicable) are to be made by electronic payment as soon as the amount and invoice number are made known. We do not accept cash on delivery.
  10. Third party payments are not extendable to include medication delivery fees.
