Must I be a patient of SJMC to subscribe for the services?
TeleConnect is a medical advisory service for anyone, near or far. At present, HomeConnect and SeniorConnect are available for SJMC patients only. However, we have plans to ensure more people can access them in future.
I live in another state, are the Connected Care services for Klang Valley residents only?
Yes, the Connected Care services are available for Klang Valley resident and SJMC patients only for now. However, we have plans to ensure more people can access them in future.
I'm interested in the services that are launching soon. May I know when they will be launched?

TeleConnect is a complimentary medical advisory service for all and operates daily from 8am to 10pm daily via call or WhatsApp on +03-56961818.
SeniorConnect is a subscription with options for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, and a fully refundable deposit of RM1,000.
