Should any abnormalities arise, they will be able to flag the situation to our medical professionals and advise if the individual needs to visit a nearby hospital or clinic.

Must I be a patient of SJMC to subscribe for the services?
TeleConnect is a medical advisory service for anyone, near or far. At present, HomeConnect and SeniorConnect are available for SJMC patients only. However, we have plans to ensure more people can access them in future.
I live in another state, are the Connected Care services for Klang Valley residents only?
Yes, the Connected Care services are available for Klang Valley resident and SJMC patients only for now. However, we have plans to ensure more people can access them in future.
