All patients with a valid refill prescription issued from SJMC can access this service.

Your medications would be packed and ready for collection when you arrived.

No, this service is only for refill of prescription medications.

Delivery

  • Within 20 km distance from SJMC

    All patients with a valid refill prescription issued from SJMC can access this service.

    No, this service is only for delivery of prescription medications.

    You can submit a request by filling up the online request form. Kindly submit a new request for each refill.

    We provide free delivery for locations within 20 km distance from SJMC and medication cost of RM150 and above.

    Yes, all your prescription medications can be delivered to you EXCEPT for psychotropics and opioids.

    You can let us know if you have any preferred timing and we will try to make the arrangements.
    We do not deliver medications on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

    It takes 2 – 3 working days.

    If you need your medications urgently, kindly visit our pharmacy.

    Upon receipt of medications, if you have any concerns regarding the medications that have been delivered (e.g. missing or damaged), contact us within the next working day. We will do our best to assist you.

    Once medication fee is confirmed, our cashier and finance staff will advise you on the payment instruction. Medications will be sent out upon receipt of payment. We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Outside 20 km distance from SJMC

    All patients with a valid refill prescription issued from SJMC can access this service.

    No, this service is only for delivery of prescription medications.

    You can submit a request by filling up the online request form. Kindly submit a new request for each refill.

    To ensure you do not run out of medications, you should request for a refill when you have about a week of medications left. If you are staying in East Malaysia, you should request for a refill when you have about 2 weeks of medications left.

    Delivery fee is RM20 for parcel less than 1 kg. For parcel more than 1 kg, the courier fee varies based on the weight of parcel.
    For company or insurance guarantee letter, the delivery fee shall be borne by yourself.

    No, not all your prescription medications can be delivered to you. Certain medications for e.g. medications requiring refrigeration, psychotropics and opioids, cannot be delivered to you. Kindly check with our staff if all your medications can be delivered to you.

    No, we are not able to accommodate to your request as we are using a third-party delivery service.

    It usually takes 3 – 5 working days for delivery to location within Peninsular Malaysia and at least 7 working days for East Malaysia.

    To ensure you do not run out of medications, you should request for a refill when you have about a week of medications left. If you are staying in East Malaysia, you should request for a refill when you have about 2 weeks of medications left.

    We will provide you the tracking number of your parcel. Kindly track via the third-party delivery service provider website or contact them. If you need further assistance, you may contact us.
