their health status before entering marriage, ensuring peace of mind and a healthy start to your family life.

Package includes:
• Full blood count
• Peripheral blood film
• Blood grouping (ABO & Rh)
• Syphilis test (RPR)
• Hepatitis B screening
• HIV Ag/Ab
• Physical examination
• Consultation by medical officer

Terms & Conditions
• This package is for 18 years old and above
• Promotion valid for self-paying patients only.
• No fasting is required for this package.
• Reservation required at least 3 working days prior to the appointment date.
• The package price is inclusive of ONE (1) consultation by HSC medical officer.
• This package is not applicable to use in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
• The package is only applicable at Health Screening Centre (HSC), Level 1 Mediplex.
• Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) reserves the right to change these terms
and conditions without prior notice.
