1. Applicable for outpatient and self-pay customers only. Not eligible for insurance claims.
2. Advanced appointment booking is required.
3. Not advisable for:
   • Patients with kidney disease
   • Patients with a history of heart-related surgery or procedures
   • Patients who have undergone a CT Angiogram within the last 3 years
4. Patients are encouraged to specify their preferred Cardiologist.
5. Reports will be available on the following working day.
6. The following items are not included in the CT Cardiac package:
   • Any additional medical care required due to individual health conditions
   (e.g. pre-medication for allergies or treatment of unforeseen reactions)
   • Additional medical supplies or procedures required for difficult vein cannulation, including ultrasound-guided cannulation performed by a radiologist.
7. Tests included in the package cannot be removed or changed.
8. This package is applicable to Malaysians and expatriates residing in Malaysia. Expatriate patients are subject to 6% SST.
9. Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
