- Vaccination is available only during the designated hours:
Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–11:30 AM
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed. - This package includes the influenza vaccine, administration and injection fees, as well as a pre-vaccination consultation with a Health Screening Centre doctor, if required.
- Treatment for any allergic reaction or adverse reaction following vaccination is not included in this package and will be subject to separate charges.
- Advance appointment booking is required.
- Applicable to individuals aged 12 years and above only.
- All vaccinations are subject to availability.
- Applicable also to international patients. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST.
- This promotion is only applicable at the SJMC Health Screening Centre.
- Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
