1. Advanced appointment booking is required.
2. Appointments are available from Monday to Friday.
3. Promotion is valid till 31 March 2027.
4. Package is applicable only at Health Screening Centre, Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC).
5. Offer is only valid for self-pay customers and with full payment.
6. Not valid with other offers, promotions or privileges.
7. The tests included in the packages cannot be removed or changed.
8. If a client is deemed unfit to undergo certain tests within the package (e.g., the urine test, stress test), the incomplete test(s) will not be refundable or replaced with other test(s). Clients may opt to change to another package of equal or higher value.
9. Applicable also to international patients. Package price exclude 6% SST charges for non-Malaysian citizens.
10. Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Free Stress Test Conditions

1. FREE Stress Test is subject to fitness and health assessment by the attending doctor and/or healthcare professional.
2. The Stress Test must be performed on the same day as the health screening appointment.
3. No replacement test, refund, cash value, or credit will be provided if the client is deemed unsuitable or unable to undergo the Stress Test.
