Heal, Express, and Reconnect Through Creative Recovery

Recovery after illness is more than physical. It often involves navigating complex emotions, identity shifts, and life changes. Our Survivorship Expressive Arts Program provides a structured yet gentle space for individuals to process these experiences through guided creative activities, facilitated by a registered counsellor.

Participants are encouraged to express, reflect, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace, without the need for any artistic background. Whether in a group setting or individual sessions, the focus is on emotional healing, resilience, and meaningful recovery.

Join our upcoming session or enquire today to begin your journey.
