The Gold Seal of Approval from JCI enables SJMC to join the ranks of a select group of 994 hospitals in the global private healthcare sector and 17 in Malaysia committed to raising the bar in upholding high standards in patient care and safety, while continuously striving for innovation and advancements in disease and hospital management.

RSDH Group Chief Executive Officer Peter Hong said, “The achievement by our hospitals is no small feat given the complexities of being assessed by JCI, a leading independent authority in healthcare assessment that ensures quality of care remains a key priority for healthcare providers across the globe. I cannot be prouder of this accolade and am certain our hospitals will continue to excel in how they deliver their best to the communities they serve.”
