Q: Is the maternity promotion valid for after office hours, Sundays, and public holidays?
A:
Yes, it is still valid. However, extra charges apply accordingly.
Q: When do we get the exclusive gifts for every birth?
A:
You will receive a tote bag containing all the specially curated gifts from Nursery at the time of discharge.
Q: How do I enter the Monthly Lucky Draw or Grand Draw?
A:
You do not need to register or fill up any Entry Form. All births at SJMC from 1 Sept 2023 to 31 July 2024 will automatically enter the monthly and grand lucky draws. E.g., if you had given birth in Sept 2023, you will automatically be entered for the September 2023 lucky draw. If you have won any prizes in the September 2023 lucky draw, you will automatically not be eligible to enter the Grand Draw in August 2024. However, if you did not manage to win any prizes in the September 2023 lucky draw, then you will automatically be entered for the Grand Draw in August 2024.
Q: How will I know if I have won a prize in the Monthly Lucky Draw or Grand Draw?
A:
You will be informed by the Marketing Dept via your contact details in our hospital management system in the following month after your date of delivery. Each monthly lucky draw will usually be held in the first week of the following month and respective prize winners would be contacted subsequently.
Q: How and where do I collect my prize if I’m one of the lucky draw winners?
A:
Prize collection is from 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at the Marketing Office, Level 1, Outpatient Centre, SJMC, unless advised otherwise. Please bring along the new mother’s ID (original NRIC or Passport) when collecting the prize. NO photocopy or screenshot of ID will be allowed. You can contact 03-5639 1340 / 1362 during the aforementioned office hours on any enquiries about prize collection.
Q: Will prize winners be obligated to participate in any photo session during prize collection?
A:
Prize winners will be asked for consent to participate in any photo session during prize collection for marketing and publicity purposes.
Q: Are doctors’ consultation and procedure fees included in the maternity promotion discount prior to, during and after delivery?
A:
No, they are excluded from any discount.
Q: What are hospital charges in the mother’s and baby’s bills subject to discount?
A:

Q: How can I register for the antenatal class?
A:
Do follow our Facebook to watch out for our antenatal class announcements. A QR Code and/or registration link would normally accompany the announcement to enable registrations which are subject to confirmation.
Q: How do I apply for Teddy Paws Club membership for my newborn?
A:
Our Nursery staff will issue a Temporary Membership Card to you during your hospital stay and pass you a Teddy Paws Club flyer with an attached Application Form for you to fill up and apply in person at our Marketing Office to exchange for a Permanent Membership Card during office hours from 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please present the baby’s birth certificate to obtain the Permanent Membership Card.
