Full payment must be made during the event period.

All Packages purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable including but not limited to cases of non-attendance, cancellation, or failure to use the Package within the claim period.

The Package must be utilized within the claim period until 30 September 2026, failing which, the Package shall be forfeited with no refund.
Appointment must be made at least 14 days in advance and is subject to availability. While we will endeavour to accommodate preferred dates and times, availability cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or extensions will be granted if an appointment cannot be secured based on your preferred date and/or time within the claim period.

Any tests, examinations, or services not included in the purchased Package will be charged separately based on the hospital’s prevailing price list.
Invoice and official receipt will be issued after utilisation of package.
For non-Malaysian patients, an additional 6% sales and services tax (SST) shall be payable on the day of examination, in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to amend, vary, or withdraw these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

Package is for 18 years old and above.
8 hours of fasting is required before the blood test.
Patient must be able to sit/stay still for 30 minutes for the Brain MRI.
Package is for individuals not previously diagnosed with dementia.
Advanced appointment booking is required.
Reservation required at least 7 working days prior to the appointment.
Package includes Brain MRI without contrast and blood test only; additional charges apply if contrast is required.
Package does NOT include consultation with a Specialist.
Report will be available at least 3 working days at the Specialist’s clinic, subject to availability.
The tests included in the package cannot be removed or changed.
Packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Applicable to Malaysians and expatriates residing in Malaysia only. Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST.
