This promotion is valid exclusively for the purchase of health screening and/or medical check-up packages (“Package”) during the event period.
Full payment must be made during the event period.
This promotion cannot be used together with any other promotions, discounts, or privileges.
All Packages purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable including but not limited to cases of non-attendance, cancellation, or failure to use the Package within the claim period.

The Package must be utilized within the claim period until 30 September 2026, failing which, the Package shall be forfeited with no refund.
Appointment must be made at least 14 days in advance and is subject to availability. While we will endeavour to accommodate preferred dates and times, availability cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or extensions will be granted if an appointment cannot be secured based on your preferred date and/or time within the claim period.

Any tests, examinations, or services not included in the purchased Package will be charged separately based on the hospital’s prevailing price list.

The services and tests included in the packages cannot be removed or changed.
Any tests, examinations, or services not included in the purchased package will be charged separately based on SJMC’s prevailing price list.
SJMC reserves the right to assess the customer’s medical suitability prior to conducting any test. If the customer is deemed medically unfit to undergo any component of the package:
(a) The affected test(s) will not be replaced, substituted, or refunded; and
(b) The customer may select to upgrade the package to an alternative package of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to cases of non-attendance, cancellation, or failure to utilise the package.
