Dr. Phua Chun Seng is a Consultant Neurologist and Physician at Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC), Malaysia. Internationally trained in Australia, he holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with First Class Honours and an MBBS from the Australian National University. He completed advanced training in internal medicine and neurology across major centres in Sydney and Melbourne, and obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He further subspecialised in Movement Disorders at Alfred Hospital, Melbourne, and earned a PhD in Neuroscience from Monash University.
